To help you, the buyer, for the month of July (only) HomeOwners Advantage is writing checks for up to 1/2 of any commission check collected at the closing of your purchase. 

Everyone thinks Realtors make a ton of money so we're not talking pennies...not $500, not $1000...up to HALF!  To get an idea, a 2.5% commission on a $300,000 home is $7,500.  That means you will receive up to $3,750. 

Most likely you're going to use a Realtor to find your next home.  With gas prices around $3/gallon, food prices skyrocketing, houses being overpriced (and the list goes on) every little bit helps.  Believe me, I know...especially being in real estate (there's no magic money floating around here).
